The Franchisee Role: Business Management
As a Call To Scan Franchise Partner, your primary responsibilities are focused on strategy, recruitment, and growth:
Team Leadership
Recruiting, managing, and scheduling your team of fully qualified, registered HCPC-registered sonographers.
Local Marketing
Driving local awareness, building partnerships with local maternity groups, midwives, and potential NHS contacts.
Operational Oversight
Managing the mobile fleet (vehicles and equipment maintenance) and monitoring the efficiency of the booking and dispatch system.
Financial Management
Overseeing local accounts, ensuring compliance, and focusing on maximizing profitability across all time tiers.
